With emphasis on strength training, your son will learn how to build strong muscles and core while developing agility and coordination skills in many sports: basketball, soccer, baseball, football, gymnastics, wrestling and even wrangling skills will benefit from this course.
Boys Gymnastics work on tumbling, parallel bars, rings, beam and tramp. Building muscle control and core strength along with agility and coordination skills.
Developing skills on the floor and tramp. Your son can build the skills necessary to do both recreational and competitive power tumbling. Power tumblers have the opportunity to compete across the state, on a national basis and at the Utah Summer Games.
